An anonymous source has revealed some hidden clauses in the Hollande Merkel UKRAINE/ RUSSIA Peace deal : Rather than being overly concerned about a rolling war that will slowly engulf Europe ,  Hollande appears to be under tremendous pressure from French cheese producers. Recent articles suggesting a massive upgrade of the Ukraine cheese industry will risk a meltdown in the  Camembert and fine cheese industry of France, forcing French dairy groups to sell control to eager Chinese investors. It is said that either some Gulf State Emir, or possibly some Nigerian Oil Sultan, eager to move his home village out of the path of Boko Haram to the safety of central and Western Ukraine has agreed to invest close to 1 billion $ in infrastructure, marketing and branding, including possibly a new football club, the CHeese Kings, to be based in Kirovograd.
As Hollande contemplated a threat of a Maidan style takeover of the CHamps Elysees by pitch fork brandishing French Farmers outraged by the news of the assault on their "Sacred Market Territory" of French Cheese production, he rushed together this Peace plan to avoid a potential collapse of his own Government, along with Merkel's hidden clause, equally concerned about investments/ improvements being talked about in the Ukraine beer market, by a mysterious business woman from Uzbekistan.
In all if the unrelated market investments proved successful , it would represent the largest market inversion in the history of Europe. French farmers might be forced to take up business in all of those places in Africa and the middle East where so many immigrants are seeking to escape to France from.
Hollande apparently submitted a map of allowable cheese distribution , it specifically prohibits transfer of cheese products to towards the West and North of Ukraine and cheese making technology is to be strictly monitored along with CHeese bacteria DNA analysis, there will be special cheese monitors to guarantee that cheese is being produced and distributed from Ukraine for purely peaceful purposes. France is to maintain an exclusive monopoly of the Russian luxury cheese market, for a period of not less than ten years.
In exchange for agreeing to this Cheese Iron Curtain that will blockade the high quality, value added  Ukraine dairy products market, Ukraine will be granted an exclusive tender to supply steel for French ship building projects, including of course, the further construction of Russian War ships.
Other details remain murky, France appears ready to accept Ukraine's improving beer market into it's borders, but Germany will not allow Transit of Ukraine Beer products, and sausage is another issue entirely.... Kissinger will have the final say,  it appears on the Sausage export market

it now appears the foreign fighters in Ukraine will be soon sent to the Russian Far East to create new problems for Russian enclaves there, also part of the deal being worked out
