yes, of course it may be difficult, a hard row of dirt to sow. and yes , it is true that I internalize a lot of difficult things, complex things.  we all have to survive this long March, acknowledge our amazing comrades. Maybe I can hope to internalize their driven motivations, what the fast walk teaches inside . Despite the recent, significant victory of Ukraine's NaftoGAZ over Gazprom in International courts, much continues in the realm of mis-perception. As USA becomes preoccupied with hyper-partisan debates about gun violence in our schools, people tend to forget that Ukraine has ostensibly been working diligently,  for 22 years now , to keep Nuclear Weapons, and their after-effects from contaminating America's schools: This DW documentary is well built, yet there's  at least a couple flaws, for one,  the dates, they mis state the Revolution in Ukraine as 2015, and they seem to imply within it,  that the Russian Special forces arrived in Crimea , 3 days after the 2014 Olympics.
